Every homeowner has a unique vision — whether it’s a space to relax, entertain, or make memories. At No Pressure Contracting, we bring those ideas to life through expert design and planning. It all starts with an on-site visit, where we get to know your space, your lifestyle, and what matters most to you. From there, we create a custom plan built around your vision.

Our Six Step Design Process
Our process is the same for every client — clear, simple, and built around your goals. It starts with a discovery consultation where we learn what you want from your new outdoor space. From there, we tailor the design to match your vision, lifestyle, and budget.
Step 1 - Design
First, we’ll schedule an on-site meeting with our design team
to walk your property, listen to your ideas, and understand your needs, goals, and budget. This helps us design a space that’s not only beautiful — but functional and built just for you.
Step 2 - Proposal & Deposit
After the consultation, we’ll send you a custom design proposal
outlining your new project vision, scope, and budget. We’ll also include the deposit amount needed to reserve your spot on our schedule and begin the design process.
Step 3 - Base Model
Once your deposit is submitted, our design team gets to work.
We’ll build a base model of your home and current outdoor space. While that’s in progress, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to walk through early concepts, share inspiration, and make sure we’re aligned before moving into the full design.
Step 4 - Design Magic
This is where the magic happens — we begin designing your new luxury outdoor space. Every conversation, idea, and detail you’ve shared is brought together as we craft a design that’s tailored to your lifestyle, your space, and your vision.
Step 5 - Design Reveal
Once your initial design is ready, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to walk you through a full 3D virtual tour of your new outdoor space.
During the call, we’ll review every detail together, talk through your feedback, and even make live revisions if needed — so the final design feels just right
Step 6 - Design Finalization
Finally, we’ll apply your revisions and finalize the design.
Once everything is locked in, we’ll prepare the construction documents and send them over to your build team. From there — the transformation begins, and your new private resort starts to come to life.
