Our Construction Process
Our process is the same for every client — clear, simple, and built around your goals. It starts with a discovery consultation where we learn what you want from your new outdoor space. From there, we tailor the design to match your vision, lifestyle, and budget.
Step 1 - Preperation
We prep every site with precision — starting with layout paint, stringlines, and a final walkthrough.This ensures everything is dialed in before we start setting pavers, so your hardscape is installed exactly how you envisioned it.
Step 2 - Excavation
We dig to the proper depth based on the project — typically 8" for patios and deeper for driveways or walls. All excess soil is hauled off-site to keep your yard clean and ready for a solid foundation.
Step 3 - Pavers
We start by compacting the base and screeding a layer of bedding material for a smooth finish. Then, we lay each paver by hand, following stringlines and laser levels to ensure everything is straight, tight, and perfectly aligned. Borders are locked in with concrete for long-term durability.
Step 4 - Final Walkthrough
Once the pavers are in and the project is complete, we’ll walk the site with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations. If anything needs a final tweak — we’ll handle it. After approval, final payment is collected and you’re left with a finished space built to last.
Step 5 - 3 Year Warrenty
We stand by our work. Every hardscape project we complete is covered by a 3-year warranty on workmanship. That means if anything shifts, settles, or fails due to how it was installed — we’ll fix it, no questions asked.
