Our Construction Process
Our process is the same for every client — clear, simple, and built around your goals. It starts with a discovery consultation where we learn what you want from your new outdoor space. From there, we tailor the design to match your vision, lifestyle, and budget.
Step 1 - Preperation
We prep every site with precision — starting with layout paint, stringlines, and a final walkthrough.This ensures everything is dialed in before we start setting pavers, so your hardscape is installed exactly how you envisioned it.
Step 2 - Excavation
We trench to the proper depth based on the project — gas lines willl be run by licenses plumbers and inspected by city. All excess soil is hauled off-site to keep your yard clean and ready for a solid foundation.
Step 3 - Firepit
We start by prepping a solid foundation for your fire pit — compacting the base and leveling a bedding layer for stability. Whether it’s set in the middle of a paver patio or built as a standalone feature, every block or paver is laid by hand with laser-level precision. We follow stringlines to keep everything aligned, and lock it in with concrete for long-term durability — built to handle heat, weather, and time.
Step 4 - Final Walkthrough
Once the project is complete, we’ll walk the site with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations. If anything needs a final tweak — we’ll handle it. After approval, final payment is collected and you’re left with a finished space built to last.
Step 5 - 3 Year Warrenty
We stand by our work. Every hardscape project we complete is covered by a 3-year warranty on workmanship. That means if anything shifts, settles, or fails due to how it was installed — we’ll fix it, no questions asked.
