Our Construction Process
Our process is the same for every client — clear, simple, and built around your goals. It starts with a discovery consultation where we learn what you want from your new outdoor space. From there, we tailor the design to match your vision, lifestyle, and budget.
Step 1 - Preperation
We prep every site with precision — starting with layout paint, stringlines, and a final walkthrough.This ensures everything is dialed in before we start setting pavers, so your hardscape is installed exactly how you envisioned it.
Step 2 - Excavation
We prep the area for your outdoor kitchen by digging to the proper depth — typically 8" or more depending on the structure and layout.
This ensures a solid, level foundation that can support heavy appliances, stonework, and countertops. All excess soil and debris are hauled off-site to keep your yard clean and build-ready.
Step 3 - Framing
Once the foundation is prepped, we begin framing your outdoor kitchen using either masonry blocks or pressure-treated wood with concrete backer board — depending on the design and layout. Everything is squared, leveled, and reinforced using stringlines and laser levels to ensure a clean, precise build. From grill bases to bar islands, each component is built to support heavy use and finished with a high-quality stone or brick veneer for long-term durability.
Step 4 - Final Walkthrough
Once the kitchen complete, we’ll walk the site with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations. If anything needs a final tweak — we’ll handle it. After approval, final payment is collected and you’re left with a finished space built to last.
Step 5 - 3 Year Warrenty
We stand by our work. Every hardscape project we complete is covered by a 3-year warranty on workmanship. That means if anything shifts, settles, or fails due to how it was installed — we’ll fix it, no questions asked.
